摘要
用超声波进行了模拟砂岩单孔、岩石灌浆结石体和井筒壁后注浆测试,得出了声速vp与裂隙宽度B之间为指数函数关系,vp与单轴抗压强度R、灌浆后时间t成幂函数关系.提出了用声速提高值Tv来评价注浆质量和效果的新论断,建立了评价注浆质量和效果的标准,即Tv>50%为注浆较佳段;Tv=5%~50%为合格段;0<Tv<5%为一般段;Tv<0为较差段。
Ultrasonic technique is applied to check the result of simulation test of a single hole in sandstone, the grouting of snake stone test, and the result of shaft grouting. It is found the relation between sound velocity,υ_p,width of cracks, B is an exponential function. And the relation among v_p, uniaxial compressive strength, R and time after grouting, t, is a power function. It is proposed to use the increment of sound velocity , T_v, to evaluate the quality and result of grouting. A criterion is established for evaluation of the quality and result of grouting.That is, when Tv> 50%, it is the best section of grouting, Tv= 5%~50%, qualified section, 0<Tv<5%, fairly good section, Tv<0, worse section.
