摘要
针对煤炭企业经营机制中存在的问题，提出了煤炭企业经营机制模型，该模型有以下特点：①具有全面性和系统性；②加强了生产经营过程中的反馈作用；③生产经营计划是动态的最优计划．该模型在新汶矿务局协庄煤矿得到了全面应用，并取得了显著的经济效益。
A model of enterprises management in coal industry was proposed based on existing problems in management mechanism. This model has the following characters: ①It is comprehensive and systematic; ②It can feed back information for management of production;③It can achieve dynamic planning for optimization of production. This model was applied in Xiezhuang Mine of Xinwen Administration and achieved remarkable economic benefits.
