摘要 采用紫外-可见光谱定性的方法,对34株放线菌进行了化学筛选,其中8株产生蒽环类抗生素。根据紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱、质谱和硅胶薄层层析等性质,对这些抗生素进行了早期鉴别。实验结果说明了蒽环类抗生素化学筛选的重要意义和早期鉴别的必要性。 Eight strains, which produced anthracycline antibiotics, are obtained from 34 Actinomycetes through chemical selection using UV-visible spectra. Early distinguishment on these antibiotics is carried out according to their UV-visible spectra,infrared spectra,mass spectra and silica gel thin-layer chromatographs.The experiment results confirme the significance of chemical selection and early distinguishment of anthracycline antibitics.
