摘要
通过严格配气和控温,对新红星苹果气调贮藏进行了研究。结果表明:在温度由起始15℃和10℃逐渐降至0℃,CO2由起始12%(或20%)逐渐降至6%,O2为3%(或由1%升至3%)条件下,新红星苹果贮藏6个月,保鲜效果好于0℃冷藏,比标准气调稍差。另外,研究认为在入贮初期难以降至0℃的贮藏设施中贮藏新红星苹果,必须要用有气调作用的包装材料,才能取得好的效果。
Practice of
CA storage at different temperatures and different levels of gas components showed
thatgradually reducing the temperature form 15 or 10℃ at the beginning of storage to 0℃ and
changing the concentrations0001as components from 12 or 20%for CO2 with 3 or 1% for O2 at

Starkrimson after 6 months than common practice.If the storage installa- tion can not reduce the
temperature of fruit to 0℃ for several days after storage started,it is better to pack the fruitwith
material playing CA function, which gives a better result.
