Ｇ．Ｄ－５液使用方便，保存精子有效输精时间为８５．７１±１８．８８小时、总存活时间为１８５．１６±１８．５２小时、生存指数为７４．３５±１５．１７、５天精子顶体完整率为７７．４２±１．８６，极显著优于ＢＴＳ、Ｋｉｅｖ、葡糖液和葡柠液等四种现用现配稀释液（Ｐ＜０．０１）。１６～１８℃恒温下精子０．５级保存时间达１３５．００±３９．６４小时、总存活时间２７９．０±４０．４２小时、生存指数为１２４．６５±４６．８７。
It is very convenient to use G.D-5 dilution for preserving boar semen at room temperature. The preserved time is about 85. 71±18. 88 hr for efficient insemination, 185.16±18. 52 hr for keeping sperm alive.The living index of sperm in G.D-5 dilution is 74. 35±15.17. The well-preserved rate of sperm acrosome in G.D-5 dilution on 5 th day is 77.42±1.86,which is significantly higher than those in BTS, Kieb, Glucose and Gluco-citrate dilutions (P<0.01). At 16-18℃ the sperm of 0.5 class can be preserved for 135.00±39. 64 hr. The total time for keeping sperm alive is 279. 0±40. 42 hr and the living index is 124. 65±46. 87.
