海绵贮存小卷蛾线虫的技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 用海绵作载体,以甲醛、生理盐水和抗生素为防腐介质,用塑料袋分0.5亿、1.0亿和1.5亿条线虫三种密度包装,在8~10℃下贮存。以亚洲玉米螟幼虫为试虫,按幼虫与线虫比为1:125、1:25、1:5三个剂量测定贮存线虫的毒力。结果表明,线虫在低温下贮存1年其存活率达85%以上;贮存介质对贮存线虫的存活率有明显影响,而线虫密度、加水量对其影响不大。贮存5个月以内的线虫对玉米螟幼虫毒力差异不明显。 Entomopathogenic nematodes were absorbed by sponge with anti-rotting agents of physiological saline, formaldehyde or antibiotic, packed with concentrations of 0.5×108, 1.0×108 and 1.5×108 in plastic bag, and stored at 8-10℃,The lava of Asian comborer was used to test the infectivity of stored nematodes. The ratios of nematodes to a single lava were 125,25 and 5.The results demonstrated that the survival rates of stored nematodes were above 85% in one year. The survival rate was not apparently affected by the concentrations of nematodes and the volume of added water, on the contrary, it could be significantly affected by the anti-rotting agents. The infectivity of stored nematodes was not obviously variable within five months duration.
