It’s described the basic concept of integrated management with CPM/Time-Cost and the functions of cash flow curves which specifi-cally relates to the need of transfering contracting system into market en-vironmemt.To match and connect estimating with planning system, a work breakdown structure of three dimensions and an allocation matrix between cost items and activities are introduced into the management solution with computer software.
