摘要
科技人才的创造发明与杰出贡献推动了世界科技事业的发展,科学技术的飞速发展,也对科技人才提出了更高的要求与使命。科技人才的素质直接关系到科学技术的发展速度与水平,但目前还没有定量衡量科技人才全面素质的维度,本文在大量理论研究和分析的基础上,提出多层次科技人才维度的概念,即从多方面对科技人才进行综合、交叉分析,并借助国内外优秀、实用的测试方法,对多层次科技人才进行定量测汗,解决多层次科技人才定性分析向定量分析转化的研究问题。
The inventions and outstanding contributions of man-power promote the development of world science and technology.The rapid de-velopment of science and technology also raise higher requires and tasks to man-power.The quality of manpower relates directely the development speed and level of science and technology.But by far,there aren’t dimen-sions which can measure quatitively the total quality of manpower.Based on amounts of principle research and analysis,this paper presents the con-cept of dimension of multi-hierarchy man-power,vis.,to do analysis com。prehensively and croosly to man-power from varies aspects.Also,Multi-hierarchy man-power are tested quatitively depending on some excellent and practical testing methods in order to solve the transformation prob-lem from quatity analysis to quality analysis。
