Abstract In this paper, principle of set statistics is adopted to research into the problem of objective meaisurement in evaluating priject’s risk. Using the method put foreward in the paper may refiect experts’non-exact opiaions about evaluatfon comparatively truely, estimate risk probability and loss value reasonably, and describe its degrees relat ively objectively, there by,offer project’s risk management an effective instrument.
