利用场效应管线性电阻区设计S—频段混频器

摘要 根据场效应管的输出特性,给出了1种利用它的线性电阻区特性设计的S—频段场效应管混频器。与大多数采用器件非线性参数的混频器比较,采用器件的线性电阻区作为混频元件,通过适当的滤波和阻抗匹配电路,中频信号由漏极取出,可获得高增益、低噪声和大动态范围的优良性能。这种混频器在电视工业中具有广泛的应用前景。 With the use of the linear resistive channel of FET a new design of a S band resistiveMESFET mixer,which is based on the expert property of FET,is introduced. In comparison with other tapesof mixers whose predominant mising elememt is within a nonlinear device patameter,the newly designed mix-er uses the linear resistive channel of the device as the mixing element. The intermediate frequency(IF) isextracted at the drain with adequate filtering and impedance matching,The new mixer with its fine gualities oflow noise, superior performance and wide dynamic range finds wide application in the TV industry.
