氰化钠生产中聚合废料的利用

摘要 对氰化钠生产中的聚合废料进行了吸附试验和氰化钠含量分析,试验结果表明,聚合废料中含有28%左右的氰化钠,其中黑褐色杂质可用活性炭吸附脱除。生产规模试验证明,用聚合废料为原料生产的硫氰酸钠,产品质量可达到装置设计指标,满足腈纶装置的使用要求。 An experiment on adsorptive treatment of polymerization waste from sodiumcyanide production has been carried out and the content of sodium cyanide in the wasteanalyzed.The laboratory experiment results showed that the polymerization waste contained about28%of sodium cyanide;the black and brown impurity substances could be removed by activated carbon. The operation results of a full-scale experiment plant showed that the qualityof sodium sulfocyanate produced from the polymerization waste could come up to thedesign standards and meet the needs of polyacrylonitrile fibre production.
