摘要
本文对夹板局部外固定治疗骨折进行了生物力学分析，得到了骨折端固定稳定条件，并对有益于骨折愈合的生理应力进行了初步分析，得出我国传统医学的夹板局部外固定治疗骨折的方法客观上符合骨折愈合的Ｗｏｌｆｆ骨重建定律。
We, in this paper, carried out a biological analysis on curing the facture by localfixing the splint outside, achieved the stabilizing condition for the fractured side; and have a initial analysis on the biological stress anvantageous for healing the fracture,obtaining the method for curing the fractures by local .fixing the splint outside of Chinese traditional medicine, objectively conforming with the bonereduilding law of Wolff of the fracture healing.
