摘要
本文在前人大量研究成果和作者所承担国家自然科学基金课题"单甲脒等有机污染物在多介质环境的循环过程及模型"研究的基础上,就多介质环境的定义、属性、基本原理、实际应用等一系列问题进行了探讨和较为系统的论述,并提出了一些新的思想和观点。这些思想和观点包括:多介质环境的非线性作用,环境界面存在一定厚度,环境容量的动态演化,污染控制的最小风险以及环境活动的能量强度等。指出不论采用多么先进的技术手段,都不可能从根本上消除人类活动对环境带来的影响,而只能是将污染效应在时空上加以分散而已。
In this paper,the definitions,basic principles and practical application of multimedea environment were systematically explored and discussed,and the basic properties of multi- medea environment which are matter,capacity and dynamic evolution were pointed out. Some new ideas and points of view which are nonlinearity of environmental phenomena, thickness of environmental interface,dynamic evolution of environmental capacity,mini- mum risk of pollution control and energy intensity of environmental activity were also put forward.The paper pointed out that in spite of taking what methods,it is imposible to elim- inate effects of human activities on environment,but the effects can only be dispersed on time and space.
