摘要 对稻谷壳在不同温度下燃烧后的微观结构进行了分析,得到了燃烧温度对其比表面积和孔容积的分布的影响,对谷壳焦内的扩散机理进行了分析,在高温炉内进行了燃尽特性实验。研究发现,谷壳焦与煤焦的燃尽特性有着很大的区别;升高温度并不一定能提高谷壳的燃尽率,温度太高反而使焦炭难以燃尽。 The microscopic structure of ricehusk residue burning at different temperatures is ana-lyzed and the influence of the combustion temperature on the specific surface area and thedistribution of the pore volume is found.The mechanism of diffusion in the rice husk parti-cles is discussed.The burn-out characteristics of rice husk were studied in a high-tempera-ture furnace. It is revealed that the characteristics are greatly different from those of coal.Too high a temperature does not necessarily improve the burn-out rate,Rather ,it is evenpossible to make the rice husk residue difficuIt to burn up.The specific surface area and porevolume of rice husk residue will reach the maximum at about 850 ℃. Fluidized bed combus-tion,as a low-temperature one,is a way to be recommended for burning rice husk.
