高重复率倍频激光器色心调Q器件的研究

摘要 研究了色心调QYAG倍频激光器总效率与晶体初始透过率及倍频效率之间的关系,找出了最佳的初始透过率;分析了色心调Q晶体的热力学破坏情况及晶体内部的温度分布情况,在高重复率情况下建立了调Q晶体的热物理模型;测量了不同透过率的晶体的输出能量和脉冲宽度,在散热与不散热状态下测量了晶体的温度场。结果表明,实验与理论相吻合。 Ther relationship between the overall efficiency of the color-center Q-switched YAG fre-quency-multiplied laser,the initial crystal transmissivity and the frequency-multiplied effi-ciency is studied.The optimum initial transmissivity has been found at different frequency-multiplied efficiencies.The damage to crystal due to thermal stress is investigated and thetemperature distribution inside the crystal is exactly described by solving the finite differenceequations.The thermo-physical model for the Q-switched crystal at a high repetition rate isdeveloped. The output energy and pulse width of crystals for different transmissivities aremeasured. The temperature distribution of crystal has also been measured with and withoutheat dissipatinn,Experimental results agree fairly well with those theoretically predicted.
