摘要
采用CO2激光对低碳钢基体上等离子喷涂的ZrO2和A12O3陶瓷涂层进行重熔处理,研究激光处理陶瓷涂层的工艺参数,采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察激光处理后的陶瓷层的组织结构,特别是对激光处理涂层的裂纹作了较为详细的分析与讨论,并在实验中采取添加附加成分等措施,较为有效地消除和减轻了陶瓷涂层内的裂纹。
Remelting treatment of the plasma-sprayed A12O3-ZrO2 ceramic powder coatings on lowcarbon steel substrate with a high power CO2 laser are reported.The precess parameters forthe treatment are investigated.The microstructure of the coating after the treatment hasbeen observed with a scanning electroscope and the defects of the coating treated are studied.Additives to the coating powder have been used to eliminate or to mitigate the cracks duringthe experimental investigation.
