摘要
采用HMO计算法、红外光谱分析法、电化学测试法探讨了7801缓蚀剂及其主要成分酮胺醛缩合物的性能和结构,提出了酮胺醛缩合物分子在金属铁表面上形成稳定的多元(5~6元)环络合体的结构。这种多元环络合体膜具有良好的耐高温酸液腐蚀的性能。酮胺醛缩合物在酸液中对金属的缓蚀能力比它的原料苯乙酮或苯胺的缓蚀能力大大提高。实验证明,酮胺醛缩食物和7801缓蚀剂能够在金属表面上形成一种完整致密的保护膜。
The HMO calculating method,infrared spectroscopic analysis anddectro-chemical testare used to investigate the properties and structure of inhibitor No. 7801 and its main compo-nents the condensed product of ketone,aniline and aldehyde,Astable poly·cyclic complexfilm is found formed on the metal surface and highly resistant to corrosion by metal in anacidic solution at high temperature. The results of observation by SEM show that the protec-tive film formed is fine and compact.
