摘要 给出了复杂型腔CNC直接加工运动指令生成中加工行距确定、速度控制及刀具轨迹生成等关键技术及相应算法,并在80386工业控制计算机开发的CNC系统中成功地实现,最后给出了所获得的有关结果。 A CNC system for carrying out direct machining of complicated pockets has been devel-oped. The CAD data of pockets and technological parameters can be directly put into theCNC system and the real time generation of the machining command can be used to accom-plish the machining. The CAM programming and NC code will be greatly simplified and thepccket finishing can be made more economically and efficiently. The key techniques and thealgorithms for the real time determination of the tool path interval , the feed velocity controland the cutter location data generation are discussed in detail. The algorithm given has beensuccessfully implemented in a CNC system developed with a type 80386 industrial controlcomputer and verified by actual cutting tests.
