摘要
提出一种由直接插补和离散NC编程组成的组合自由曲面混合数控加工方法,并给出了三种自适应策略:加工区域的自适应分割、用于生成无干涉刀具轨迹的曲面自适应三角化和沿曲面/曲面交线自适应步长加工。
The principle a mixed NC machining method with direct interpolation (DI)and dis-crete NC programming for compound free surfaces isdescribed.Three adaptive procedures,the adaptive division of the machining area , the adaptive triangulation for generating inter-ference-free tool paths from compound surfaces and the adaptive step-length machining alongthe surface/surface intersection curve are discussed. The high precision on-line NC machin-ing is achieved with DI. By dividing the complicated surfaces into sub-areas , most of themare machined with Dl except those along the intersection, which will be machined by the tra-ditional discrete NC method. The traditional NC codes can be omitted.The machining preci-sion and productivity can be well coordinated or controlled during machining.
