摘要
介绍了ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ集成环境下的回转类零件ＣＡＰＰ系统ＨＺ－ＲＣＡＰ的信息集成、总体结构与基本工作过程，以及该系统的工具化思想、工艺决策策略、知识与数据的管理等关键技术问题。
The research on an integrated CAD/CAPP/CAM system is funded by the state No.863 /CIMS project. With a micro-computer network as the information link’CAPP as thebridge between CAD and CAM, and a feature-based part modcl as the unified informationmodel,the integration of CAD/CAPP/CAM is achieved in HZ-RCAP. The overall logic ar-chitecture, the working process, the strategies for information integration and process plan-ning as well as the management of technological knowledge and cases of the sytem are de-scribed at length.
