摘要
从集成化CAPP系统的应用角度出发,论述了集成化CAPP系统中工艺决策知识的获取与表达,工艺规程的表达,零件信息的获取与表达以及实例的获取与表达等关键技术问题。
The knowledge of a CAPP system includes that of the process , planning rules, part in-formation ’ process file and a large number of process data such as those of the facilities,tooling, and cutting parameters. How to acquire and represent the knowledge properly so asto make it not only easy for maintenance, but also easy for description and process planningis of importance to CAPP, This paper discusses the acquisition and representation of processplanning rules, the description of process file and the acquisition and description of partinformation and cases. A framework structure is used to represent the process planningrules, a process step binary-tree is used to describe the process file, a form feature-basedmodel is developed to represent the part information,and a product definition system(PDS)is used to acquire the part information for HZ-RCAP, thus realizing the integration of CAD/CAPP.
