Theprinciple and hardware design of the inductance type ZK-5 multichannel quality managementinstrument are described. It is an on-line intelligent type micrometer with 8 inductance sen-sors and a MCS8098 single-chip processor. Its highest resolving power is 0.1μm, with ameasuring range of ±400μm。The indication error is ± 0.2μm; By networking, a qualityinspecting system for on-line measurement of several dimensions of shaft-type parts can beformed with the instrument developed.
