Sensitivity of LaF_3 Solid Electrolyte Cell to Hydrogen at Room Temperature

摘要 用自制的LaF3多晶粉末作固体电解质,分别以Pt黑,An,Ag,Ni粉作敏感电极,以Sn/SnF2为参比电极制备半电池,研究其室温下对空气中少量氢的传感性.实验发现,20℃时以Pt黑为敏感电极的电池对空气中少量氢的响应很灵敏,最快响应时间为15s,且电动势与1nPH2服从能斯特定律,而以An,Ag,Ni粉为敏感电极的同种电池室温下对空气中少量氢表现为惰性. A chemical cell was developed using powdered LaF3 as electrolyte with Sn/SnF, as referenceelectrode and platinum black as sensitive electrode for the purpose of sensing a small amount of HZ in air atroom temperature. The results showed that the cell EMF is linear well with mpH, and in accordance to Nernst's law with a fastest response time up to 15s at 20℃,while the cell using An,Ag or Ni powder as sen sitive electrode presents inert in the same applications.
