熔融织构YBCO超导体中211相最佳含量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了MTG法制备的YBCO超导体中的211相含量与名义配比的关系,用SEM观察了样品中211相的分布,用磁滞回线测量法估算了YBCO超导体的临界电流密度与样品中211相含量的关系,总结出YBCO超导体中起钉扎中心作用的211相含量的最佳值. The 211 phase content in YBCO superconductors prepared by MTG method was measured bymeans of X-ray diffraction,with the distribution of 211 phase in YBCO observed by SEM. The relationship between critical current density of YBCO and 211 phase content in YBCO was estimated,as well as the latter's optimum value in textured YBCO inferred.
