摘要
从理论上分析了垂直振动的产生原因及其与钻进参数的关系.在此基础上,应用模糊控制理论,提出了垂直振动超限时改进的一维模糊控制方法及控制策略,并在牙钻机实验台上进行了控制实验.结果表明,当垂直振动超限时,该控制方法可使其迅速降至设定值附近;当垂直振动小于设定值很多时,钻进参数会自动提高,以保证钻进效率.
The cause for vertical vibration is discussed in relation with the drilling parameters of a triconebit. Combining with fuzzy control theory,a modified one-dimentional fuzzy control method/strategy is thusput forward if the vertical vibration amplitude exceeds its threshold value. Some control tests were conductedand the results showed that the control method proposed will respond quickly to the vibration exceeding itsthreshold and further decrease it to setpoint. When the vibration amplitude is lower than its threshold,drilling parameters can increase automatically to maintain the drill-in effeciency.
