应用国产加压滑动鹅头钉治疗粗隆间骨折的体会（附25例分析）

THE VARIABILITY OF THE T-SOD,Mn-SOD, CuZn-SOD IN PLASMA OF PRE-OPERATIVE AND POSTOPERA-TIVE PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY HE-PATOCELLUAR CARCINOMA

本组应用加压滑动鹅头钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折２５例，其中稳定型骨折１１例，不稳定型骨折１４例。２５例均随访半年以上，稳定型骨折患者于术后１周扶拐负重锻炼；不稳定型骨折患者平均离床时间６周。骨折平均愈合时间８０天。临床观察表明，加压滑动鹅头钉设计合理，性能坚固，能使患者早期离床，减少卧床并发症，促进骨折愈合，保持正常颈干角，不出现髋内翻畸形，是治疗粗隆间骨折理想的内固定。

Abstract We determined activities of T-SOD, Mn-SOD, CuZn-SOD in plasma of twenty-four pati-ents with hepatocelluar carcinoma and fourty-fivenormal individuals as a control group The active-ties of T-SOD, Mn-SOD in plasma of the pa-tients compared with the normal individuals is sig-nificantly different(p<0.05).Pre-operative patientscompared with postoperative patientsis also signi-ficantly different(P<0.05).The activities of T-SOD,Mn-SOD in plasma of pre-operative patients issignificantly higher than that of the normal indiv-iduals and postoperative patients.We also noticedthat the activites of T-SOD,Mn-SOD in plasmaof the postoperative patients become normal gra-duately after operation, and there were no signif-icant differenes between the results of postoperat-ive patients and the results of control group. Thus,the results might relevant.That the changes in the activities of T-SOD, Mn-SOD might be relatedto the conditions of the patients with hepatocelluarcarcinoma, and might reflact the effect of treatmentand prognosis. Furthermore, no significant differ-ence was found that the activites of CuZn-SODin plasma of the pre-operative and postoperativepatients with primary hepatocelluar carcinoma and the normal control group(p>0.05)
