摘要
为了研究船舶内燃机工作过程中颗粒浓度的再分布问题,本文对层流流动中单个颗粒横向迁移的动力学机理进行了实验研究。采用自行研制的“CCD颗粒轨迹记录装置”记录了层流圆管入口段中单个颗粒的运动轨迹。实验表明,当颗粒超前于当地流体速度时,向管壁迁移;落后于当地流作速度时,向管心迁移。实验结果与理论分析一致。
To research the redistribution of particles in internal combustion engines of ships , the radial migration of a single particle in laminar flow is studied experimentally. By recording the trajectories of a particle with CCD-PTR, it is found that in the shear region of the entrance of laminar flow in a horizontal, straight tube, the particle shifts to the axis when it lags behind the local flow and to the wall when proceeding the flow. As is accorded well with the theoretical analysis.
