单纯表达CD_(38)抗原难分类急性白血病细胞起源的研究

摘要 采用单克隆抗体免疫酶和聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术,研究7例单纯表达CD_(38)抗原难分类急性白血病(UAL)化疗前后免疫表型和免疫球蛋白重链(IgH)和T细胞受体(TCR)γ基因重排,结果表明:化疗前3例检测到TCRγ基因重排,化疗后4例表达T细胞分化抗原,并伴TCRγ基因重排;1例化疗后表达髓细胞抗原,无IgH和TCRγ基因重排;2例化疗前后仅表达CD_(38)抗原,亦无IgH和TCRγ基因重排。提示动态研究免疫标记有助于UAL细胞起源的确定。 Immunophenotype and immunoglobulin heavy chain(IgH)and T cell receptorγ(TCRγ)genesrearrangement in 7 patiens with unclassified acute leukemias whose leukemic cells only expresed CD38 anti-gen were studied by using the immunoenzymatic staining method with monoclonal antibodies and the poly-merase chain reaction(PCR) technique bpfore and after chemotherapy,In 3 patients the leukemic cells weredetected TCRγ gene rearrangement before chemotherapy.After chemotherapy,4 patients expressed T cell dif-ferentiated antigens on their leukemlc cells and all of the 4 patients had TCRγ gene rearrangement.One pa-tient whose leukemic cells expressed myeloid cell antigen and no IgH or TCRγ gene rearrangement.ExpressedCD38 antigen and no IgH or TCRγ gene rearrangement were found only in 2 patients before and afterchemotherapy.The results indicate that dynamic studies on immunologic markers are useful to determiningthe cellular origin of unclassified acute leukemlas.
