原发胃非何杰金恶性淋巴瘤（附83例临床分析）

Primary Gastric Non-Hodgkin' s Malignant Lymphoma.A Report of 83 Cases

报告天津肿瘤医院３６年来，外科治疗原发非何杰金恶性淋巴瘤（ＰＧＬ）８３例，术前确诊率为３７％。Ⅰ期６例，Ⅱ期２７例，Ⅲ期２１例，Ⅳ期２９例。根治性切除的５年生存率９０％，高于胃癌的３３％。总的８３例３、５、１０、１５、２０年的生存率分别为４８％，３８％，２１％，１０％，８％，并重点讨论了影响预后的因素。

Eighty-three cases of primary gastric non-Hodgkin's malignant lymphoma were operated upon in our hospital over the past 36 years.The diagnostic accuracy rate preoperatively was 37%(31/83).There were 6 cases with stage I disease,27 stage Ⅱ,21 stage Ⅲ and 29 stage IV in this series. The 5-year survival rate after radical resection was 90% which was higher than the 33% for gastric carcinoma.The survival rates at 3,5,10,15 and 20 years were 48%,38%,21%,10% and 8% respectively. Infiltration of gastric serosa may be the main factor that influences adversely the prognosis.
