摘要
为避免逆变器上下管直通而在其开关信号上设置的死区时间往往导致逆变器输出电压畸变,直接转矩控制(DTC)采用定子磁链闭环从而在原理上能够克服这一畸变,但由于其技术实现上的简化方法又引入了死区效应。本文分析了系统磁通、转矩与死区电压的关系,并且就此提出了一种补偿方法,从而使得DTC系统低速性能大大提高。
The switching lag-times set in a PWM inverter often causes distortion of the output voltage waveform. The direct torque control (DTC) system can overcome the distortion in principle because of the closedloop control of flux, unfortunately this cannot be realized awing to the inadequacy of the commonly used techniques. Based on an analysis of the mathematical relationship between stator flux,torgue and deviration voltage, we proposed a method to compensate this dead-time effect,which improved the system performance in the low speed area validly.
