摘要
根据牵引式行星锥环无级变速器的结构特点、传动原理及许用功率的计算方法,提出了以无级变速器恒功率机械特性为目标的优化数学模型,并对其基本几何参数进行了系列优化设计,可明显改善无级变速器的恒功率机械特性.
An optimal mathematics model with the goal of mechanical properties of constant power is presented, based on the structural character, transmission principle and computing method of allowable power for continuously variable transmission of tractional planet cone ring. Through optimizing the basic geometry parameters, this method can improve obviously mechanical properties of constant power for continuously variable transmission.
