消失模铸造气隙尺寸及压力数值计算

Numerical Calculation of Gas Pressure and Gap Width in Lost Foam Process

对金属液充填干砂消失模时气隙尺寸及气隙压力进行了数值计算，结果表明：在充型过程中气隙尺寸及压力基本保持不变，模样及涂料性能对气隙尺寸及压力影响很大．

Gas pressure and gap width between the molten melt and polystyrene pattern when the molten melt fills in Lost Foam Process are calculated. The results show that both gas pressure and gap width are mainly constant during the molten melt filling process, but the properties of the polystyrene pattern and the coating affect the gas pressure and the gap width obviously.
