摘要
本文从经济学角度探讨了水资源内涵，在此基础上，研究了水资源正价值，负价值及其耦合价值，提出了水资源耦合价值模型，并给出了水资源资产持续增长的判别标准，它对于全面系统地认识水资源，保证国民经济持续、快速、健康地发展具有重要的理论和现实意义。
This paper discusses connotation of water resources from the viewpoint of economics.Based upon the discussion, the positive and negative values as well as coupling value of water resources are studied and the coupling model on the value of water resources is put forward. The standards for the sustainable development of the assets of water resources is developed which are of both theoretical and practical significance to the understanding of water resources and to the overall and systematic guaranteeing of rapid and healthy development of national economy in a steady way.
