摘要
建立了碳粒填充床在驻点流场中燃烧的数学模型。此模型由床内一维两相流和床表面边界层流动耦合而成。采用PISO算法求解。通过计算确定了不同工况下表面反应与气相反应相互作用规律,以及流动参数和碳粒大小对填充床质量燃烧率的影响,计算结果合理。
A numerical model for combustion of a carbon packed bed is presented.The model isset up by coupling a two-phase flow within the bed to a stagnation point flow in the boundarylayer on the bed surface,The PISO algorithm is employed for the solution,Interactions betweenthe homogeneous and the heterogeneous reactions as well as the effects of flow parameters andthe particle size on the combustion rate of the packing are studied by computations.
