摘要
用外压管式聚砜超滤膜装置现场处理采油污水,研究了操作压力、膜面流速等操作条件对超滤膜通量的影响及膜污染的清洗方法。在适宜的操作条件下,膜通量为80—490L/m2h,所处理过的污水达到了低渗透油田注水标准。采用分步清洗的方法能有效地清除膜面污物。为进一步工业试验装置的放大设计提供了基础数据。
The results of oil-containing wastewater treatment by exo-pressure tube UF device showed that the operating parameters,such as the opreating pressure and cross flow velocity, affected the water flux of membrane. Under the suitable conditions the water flux was 80 ̄ 490 L/m2. h.The treated oil wastewater accorded with the standard of water-flooding of low osmotic oilfield.The method can effectively clean away effectively the contaminants on membrane surfaces, providing the base for designing the scaling up equipment.
