摘要
对Al_2O_3/SiC_w陶瓷刀具材料中晶须配比进行了理论分析,提出了获取最佳晶须配比的原则,导出了晶须含量与界面最大剪应力和基体最大正应力的关系,分析了晶须含量对刀具抗破损特性的影响.结果表明:晶须的含量最大不能超过43%,舍量为20~30%时增强补韧效果最强;随晶须含量的增加,该刀具材料的抗破损能力显著增强.
The optimum SiC_w content of Al_2O_3/SiC_w ceramic tool has been analyzedtheoretically. Advances the principle of obtaining SiC_w optimum proportioning, derives the relationship between SiC_w content and the maximum shear stress in boundary and the maximumtensile stress in matrix, analyzes the effects of SiC_w content on the tool fracture resistance, theresults indicate that the critical SiC_w content is 43%. When containing 20%-30% SiC_w thebest strengthening and toughening effect can be obtained. The tool fracture resistance was remarkably improved when the SiC_w content was increased.
