摘要
大型水电建设项目经济评价程序系统(LHPEC系统)包括LHPEC01和LHPEC02两个版本,分别适用于IBM4381-P02计算机和super386微型机。其工作语言分别为VS-FORTRAN和FORTRAN高级编程语言。该系统设计采用结构化设计方法。计算方法为:采用变方向变步长叠代法反推上网电价;用牛顿法推求财务内部收益率及经济内部收益率。利用该系统可完成预可行性研究及可行性研究阶段的经济评价工作。黑龙江省荒沟抽水蓄能电站是成功运用该方法的实例。
Program of economic evaluation for large - scale hydropower projects includes two versions of LHPEC01 and LHPEC02, used in IBM 4381-P02 and super-386 respectively. And their languages are VS-Fortran and Fortran advanced edit language. The structrual design method was used in the system. The methods of calculation are: alternating direction and variable - step iteration method is adopted to calculate the power price in the power grid and the Newton's method to calculate financial and economic internal rate of retrun. With this system,the economic valuation in the pre-feasibility and feasiblity studies could be reached. The example is the Hang Pumped-storage Power Station in which this method has been successful used.
