实验性脾虚树鼩胃窦部电活动的变化

THE STUDY OF GASTRIC ANTRAL ELECTRICAL ACTIVITY OF WEAKNESS OF SPLEEN TREE SHREW

以树（Ｔｕｐａｉａｂｅｌａｎｇｅｒｉｃｈｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ）为实验对象，建立实验性脾虚模型后，对动物施以慢性手术，记录胃窦部电活动的变化。结果显示：脾虚树胃电活动明显减弱，这是致使胃收缩运动减弱的重要原因之一。

The experimental Pi Xu (weakness of spleen)tree shrew (Tupaia belangeri chinensis)animal model was used.The gastric electrical activity was recorded by bipolar electrodes which were implanted along the serous surface of the antrum of tree shrew in anaesthesthetized condition.The results suggest that the decreased gastric contraction in Pi Xu animals is related to the decreased gastric electrical activity.
