某些药物通过口腔粘膜给药可以迅速达到血药治疗浓度,避开肝脏首过作用,用作局部治疗时剂量小,副作用少,维持药效时间长,又便于中止给药。粘膜粘贴制剂技术研究的关键之一是选择合适的基质,要求该基质形态变化适宜,对粘膜有较强的粘着力,无刺激和能控制药物溶出等。本文将讨论某些材料在制作贴片时的一些特性。实验与结果一、实验材料聚羧乙烯(CVP934),羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC),甲基纤维素 M450(MC)。
