摘要
新型犁式卸料器滑床的升降靠移动凸轮来实现,其使用寿命主要与凸轮轮廓有关。采用传统的设计方法,很难求得凸轮的最佳轮廓。为解决上述问题,在对犁式卸料器实际工况进行分析的基础上,建立了移动凸轮优化设计数学模型,并针对数学模型采用混合罚函数法进行求解,得出了令人满意的结果,可供设计工作者参考。
The elevation or drop of slide for new type plough unloader is realized by translating the earn. Its working life mainly depends on the earn outline. The optimum earn outline is obtained rarely by the traditional design method. In order to solve the above mentioned problem. the optimum design mathematic model for translating earn is established on the basis of analyzing the practical condition of the plough unloader. Calcuatinns of optimum design for living example is made with the sequential unconstrained minimization technique on the computer. The satisfactory results are obtained and can be previded as reference for designers.
