实验性糖尿病兔角膜神经组织化学和超微结构观察 被引量:1

摘要 用四氧嘧啶诱发糖尿病兔模型,以观察糖尿病兔角膜神经分布的形态学改变。试验兔分别于6、8、10、12周各处死一批,用组织化学技术和透射电镜观察兔角膜神经的分布、形态和结构改变。结果发现,糖尿病兔自造模后6周,神经网丛密度明显稀疏,神经分支变细,神经活性降低。超微结构显示,糖尿病兔角膜神经轴突肿胀,其内神经原纤维分布不均,线粒体呈现不同程度的变性。随着病程延长,上述变化日趋明显,推测糖尿病时角膜神经的改变与高血糖引起的代谢紊乱有关。 he morphology of corneal innervation was studied in rabbits with alloxan-induced diabetes. The experi-mental rabbits were killed at 6,8,10,12 weeks,respectively. Corneal innervation was studied with histo- chemical techniques and transmission electron microscopy.The results revealed that in diabetic rabbits, from6 weeks,the density of nerve-nets was markedly sparser,and the fibers were thinner.The activity of nerveswas lower than that of control group.Ultrastructural changes included swelling of axons,irregular distribu-tion of fibrils and degeneration of mitochondria of varying degree. The changes above were severe with vary- ing degrees with prolonged experiment phase. We assume that hyperglycemia is responsible for thesechanges.
