带状疱疹性眼病

Herpes Zoster Ophthalmicus

２８例带状疱疹性眼病中，单侧眶上神经、鼻睫状神经支配区皮肤疱疹分别占１７．９％和５７．１％，以上两条神经支配区均有皮肤疱疹占２５．０％。全部病例均有角膜炎，其中角膜浅层和深层病变分别占６７．９％与３２．１％。并发虹膜睫状体炎和继发性青光眼分别占５０．０％与２５．０％。给予抗病毒药物、激素和对症治疗后，角膜炎和其他并发症得到控制，平均治愈时间为１７．６±４．２天。

n 28 cases of herpes zoster ophthalmicus,the percentage of cases of cutaneous vesicles involved by supraorbital branch of the first division of the trigeminus was l7.9%,by nasociliary branch 57.1%,by both 25.0%.Herpes zoster keratitis occurred in all cases,and the percentage of cases of superficial and deep stro-mal involvement were 67.9%and 32.1%, The complications include iridocyclitis and secondary glaucoma in 50.0%and 25.0%. Herpes zoster keratitis and the complications were controlled with antiviral drugs,steroid and other medications. The mean duration for treatrnent was 17.6±4.2 days.
