准分子激光治疗近视近期临床效果观察

Photorefractive Keratectomy for Myopia:Preliminary Result

用准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术（以下简称ＰＲＫ）治疗近视，术后随访３～５个月，４１眼中视力≥１．０者占２２％，视力≥０．５者占５１％。对ＰＲＫ的有效性、安全性以及合并症进行讨论。

xcimer photorefractive keratectomy(PRK)was performed on 41 eyes for the correction of myopia. The follow-up period ranged from 3 to 5 months.The visual acuity results were as follows:22%(9/41)achieved 1.0 or better;51%(21/41)0.5 or better. Meanwhile,the curative effect,safety and complication of PRK are discussed.
