摘要
用ＮＩＤＥＫ超声角膜测厚仪对９７人（１９０只眼）正常角膜行中央、旁中央和周边部共９个点测量。结果表明此３部分的平均厚度分别为５４８．２±４０．１μｍ、５８５．３±３７．７μｍ和６９３．６±３７．９μｍ。在各部分中以上方为最厚，颞侧最薄。另外不同性别和眼别的角膜厚度均无显著性差别，儿童的角膜较成人的厚。
ne hundred and ninety consecutive
normal eyes were measured using NIDEK ultrasonic pachometer at
9locations of central, paracentral and peripheral cornea. The mean
values and standard deviations of the thick-ness at central,
paracentral and peripheral cornea were 548.2±40.1μm,585.3±37.7 and
693.6±37.9μm.The results showed the cornea was thickest superiorly
and thinnest temporally among them. The differencesbetween thickness
of male and female,left and right eye were not statistically
significant.The corneal thick-ness is thicker in children than in
adults.
