摘要
采用二阶导数分光光度法测定吡哌酸片的含量。回收率在９９％以上。本法与药典法结果基本一致，且可省去过滤和测定对照液的步骤，操作简单，结果准确。
A second order derivative spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of pipemidic acid (1) tablets.The amplitude D of between 275 nm and 285 nm was linear with cocentration of 1 within the range of 1～11μg/ml.The recovery of 1 was over 99%.Its regression equation is D=0.1814C-0.01425 (r=0.9999).This method is Simple and accurate.
