摘要
用Davies法,计算0.01~2μm区间6种粒径粒子的单粒度单纤维的总捕集效率,说明独立存在的噬菌体容易被有效地捕集;捕集1μm粒径粒子导出的结论,仅适用≥1μm的粒子;由斯托克斯准数为1/16导出的临界流速值,只有在纯理论研究的计算上才具有意义;国产设备同样能有效的滤除噬菌体。
According to Davies method,the general efficiency of single fibre filter collecting particles (0.01~2μm) in monodisperse aerosol of six sizes was calculated.The phages existing separately could be collected easily and effectively.The conclusions deduced from the particles with diameter 1μm could only be applied to those particles larger than 1μm.The critical velocity of flow gotten by Stokes'number 1/16 only had its significance in theory.The domestic equipments could filter phages effectively.
