实验性糖尿病大鼠红细胞抗氧化体系机能的变化 被引量:8

摘要 本文观察了链脲佐菌素诱发的糖尿病大鼠在不同实验时期(2、4、6、12和16周)红细胞抗氧化体系机能的改变。结果表明,与对照动物相比,糖尿病大鼠全血和红细胞GSH-PX活性明显增高,全血该酶活性随病程延长而逐渐升高。糖尿病大鼠红细胞CuZnSOD和CAT活性均明显降低,随病程延长更趋显著。在各实验时期,糖尿病大鼠红细胞GSH含量明显降低,且与血糖水平呈明显负相关。这些结果提示,糖尿病大鼠红细胞抗氧化体系的机能发生明显改变,这些变化可能在糖尿病并发症的发生发展中起重要作用。 Functional alterations of erythrocyte antioxidant system were examined in streptozotocin induced diabetic rats after 2,4,6,12 and 16 weeks of diabetes. The results showed that in whole blood and erythrocytes glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-PX)activities were significantly increased in diabetic rats examined in different periods, in the whole blood the GSH-PX increment was accompanied by prolongtion of diabetic course. Diabetes was associated with decreased activities of CuZn-superoxide dismutase(CuZn-SOD)and catalase(CAT) significantly in the erythrocytes,these changes became more pronounced with prolongtion of diabetic period. The contents of reduced glutathione(GSH) in erythro-cytes were markedly decreased in diabetic rats in each examined period and were nega-tively correlated with concentrations of blood glucose.These findings suggested that obviou-sly function of erythrocyte antioxidant system in diabetic rats has changed and these changes might play an important role in the development of diabetic complications.
