摘要 在本实验中观察到缺锌(ZD)组大鼠胸腺、脾脏及骨髓细胞中,静止期(G0/G1期)细胞明显增多,增殖期(S+G2+M期)细胞明显减少,与配对(PF)组及自由喂养(AL)组相比有非常显著的差异,缺锌补锌(ZD+AL)组达正常水平。表明缺锌使免疫器官细胞周期正常进行受阻,抑制了免疫器官细胞增殖分化,从而降低了机体免疫功能。 The cell cycle of the thymus,spleen and bone marrow was studied in zinc deficient(ZD),pair fed(PF),freely fed(AL)and ZD+ AL rats. It was found that the quiescent cells(G0/G1 phase) were significantly increased and the proliferative cells(S+G2+M phase) decreased in the thymus,spleen and bone marrow of the ZD rats than in those of PF, AL and ZD+AL rats. It is concluded that zinc deficiency could inhibit the normal proliferation and division of the cells of the immune organs and consequently the immune functions are suppressed which can only be restored by the administeration of sufficient amount of zinc in the diet.
