摘要
观察了8只5/6肾切除术后4个月的慢性肾衰大鼠和10只正常大鼠的神经电生理和有关生化及组织学指标,发现慢性肾衰大鼠体感诱发电位各波的潜伏期显著延长,坐骨神经传导速度显著减慢,伴有神经组织钠钾ATP酶活性显著下降和脂质过氧化物浓度显著升高,钠钾ATP酶活性与脂质过氧化物浓度呈显著负相关,坐骨神经未发现显著组织学异常。提示慢性肾衰时神经传导功能下降,其传导功能下降可能与钠钾ATP酶活性下降有关,而后者可能与异常增高的氧自由基反应有关。
The somatosensory evoked petential(SEP),the conduction velocity of the sciatic nerve(CV), the activity of Na+,K+-ATPase and the lipid peroxide (LPO)contennt were determined in 8 rats with chronic renal ffailure(CRF)induced with 5/6 nephrectomy for 4 months and 10 rats with sham operation.It was ffound that in the CRF group,longer peak latency of SEP,slower CV,lower Na+,K+-ATPas eactivity and higher LPO content of the sciatic nerve than those of the control were found. The Na+,K+-ATPase activity was negatively correlated with LPO content. No histological change of the sciatic nerve was observed. These findings suggest that the decrease of nerve conductivity in chronic renal failure might result ffrom the insufficient acitivity of Na+,K+-ATPase due to the action of increased oxygen-derived free radicles.
