摘要
建立兔脑MCAO局部脑缺血实验模型。用生化方法分别测定Na+,K+-ATP酶和Ca2+,Mg2+-ATP酶活性。并行体感诱发电位(SEN及经颅多普勒超声检查(TCD)。结果发现:脑缺血早期Na2+,K+-ATP酶活性迅速下降,Ca2+,Mg2+-ATP酶略有下降。SEP的N1波、P2波的潜伏期明显延长。TCD检查中,MCAO侧不能测出波形,而对侧平均流速(Vm)显著增快,再通后MCA波型立刻恢复。
The activities of Na+and K+-ATPase and Ca and Mg -ATPase and the changes of somatosensory evoked potentials(SEP)and transcranial Doppler sonographs(TDS)were studied on a rabbit model of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCA-O).It was found that Na+ and K+-ATPase activity was decreased immediately but no significant reduction of Ca and Mg -ATPase activity was observed.The latency of N1 and P2 waves was significantly prolonged and TDS showed no ipsilateral wave after MCA-O and the mean velocity of blood flow in the contralateral MCA was inncreased.After reperfusion,the wave of the preocluded artery was restored.
